摘要
目的探讨应用重建钢板治疗成人锁骨中远端骨折的临床疗效。方法重建钢板内固定治疗59例锁骨中远端骨折患者,并观察其术后疗效。结果随访时间12～28个月,平均2年零3个月,优良率为98.1%。结论重建钢板治疗锁骨骨折疗效可靠,愈合快,是治疗成人锁骨中远端骨折有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the reconstruction plate for the treatment of adult median and distal clavicle fractures. Methods Fifty-nine cases of median and distal clavicle fractures treated with the reconstruction plate were retrospectively analyzed. Results The follow up time ranged from 12 to 38 months,with an average of 27 months and the excellent function recovery rate was 96.8%. Conclusion The treatment of adult median and distal clavicle fractures with reconstruction plate is reliable and effective, and may shorten healing time.
