摘要
由于机载雷达具有良好的机动性,近年来在大气遥感领域得到越来越广泛的应用。为了实现较好的地面分辨率,机载测雨雷达使用X波段的衰减频率。虽然雷达波受到的衰减通过算法可以进行订正,但由于雨滴谱有较广的范围,使得利用Z-R或k-R经验公式来确定雨强仍具有较大的不确定性。本文首先利用模拟方法检验我们提出的优化方案,然后再将该方案应用于在西太平洋进行的国际大型科学考察实验TOGA/COARE中机载雷达取得的实测数据。
The airborne radars are progressively used in meteorological studies owing to their good maneuverability. The airborne rain radars use an X-band attenuating frequency to achieve a satisfactory beam resolution. Even the attenuation effect can be well corrected by the algorithms, the rainfall rate retrieved from Z-R or k-R relation still has an important uncertainty due to the broad distribution of the raindrop size. This paper attempts to optimize the parameter of the raindrop size distribution using both the simulated data and the real airborne data gathered on January and February 1993 during the TOGA/COARE experiments.
