摘要
目的研究甲氨蝶呤联合环孢素A治疗难治性类风湿性关节炎的临床效果、可行性及安全性。方法对47例常规治疗效果不佳的难治性类风湿性关节炎患者随即分为两组,分别进行甲氨蝶呤治疗和甲氨蝶呤联合环孢素A治疗。观察对比这两组患者缓解率、伤残副作用情况并进行相关分析。结果联合用药组的缓解率明显要高于单独使用甲氨蝶呤治疗组的缓解率,两组在伤残指数和副作用方面没有明显差异。结论甲氨蝶呤联合环孢素A治疗难治性类风湿性关节炎安全、可行,且临床症状缓解情况较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of combined use of CsA and MTX in the treatment of refractory rheumatism arthri- tis, feasibility and security. Methods Forty-seven patients with refractory rheumatism arthritis were divided into two groups：observation group and control group. The control group was treated with MTX and the observation group was treated by combined use of CsA and MTX. The relief rate and the disabled index and side effect were observed and compared. Results The relief rate was higher in the observation group than that of the control and there was no obvious difference in the disabled index and the side effects. Conclusion The combination of MTX and CsA is safe and feasible in the treatment of refractory rheumatism arthritis, with a higher relief rate.
