导出用曲率差的概念定义有效地球半径的正确公式；同时给出了有效地球半径的确切含义。
A correct formula for definging the effective earth's radius from the concept of relative curvature difference between the ray and the earth is given. as well as the exact implications of effective earth's radius are discussed.
