清肺消痤饮加减联合阿达帕林治疗肺经风热型痤疮的疗效分析

Combination Treatment of Wind-heat Type Acne with Qing Fei Xiao Cuo Decoction and Adapalene

目的观察清肺消痤饮加减煎服联合阿达帕林凝胶外涂治疗肺经风热型痤疮的疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例,采用清肺消痤饮加减煎服同时局部外涂阿达帕林凝胶;对照组30例,单独局部外涂阿达帕林凝胶。结果4周后治疗组总有效率(72.0%),与对照组(43.3%)比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论清肺消痤饮加减煎服联合外用阿达帕林凝胶治疗肺经风热型痤疮疗效确切,副作用少,值得临床进一步研究并推广。

Objective To explore clinical effects of Qing Fei Xiao Cuo decoction plus Adapalene on acne. Methods We randomly divided 80 patients with lung meridian wind-heat type acne into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Qing Fei Xiao Cuo decoction combined with Adapalene gel used topically, but the control group was treated with Adapalene gel alone. Results There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group（72.0% ）and the control group（43.3% ）. Conclusion Qing Fei Xi- ao Cuo decoction plus Adapalene is effective in treating lung meridian wind-heat type acne,with fewer adverse effects.
