摘要
在长期研究低电压电泳分离分析系统的基础上,提出了一种新的低电压电泳分离扫描驱动模式,即三段同步扫描驱动。该驱动模式在实现低电压电泳分离的基础上,缩短了电泳分离的时间,实验结果表明:三段同步扫描驱动方式能达到常规电泳分离效果。
Based on long term study on low voltage electrophoresis separation, a novel scan driving mode for low voltage electrophoresis separation is proposed, that is three segments synchronization scan driving. The driving method can achieve low voltage separation, and the time for electrophoresis separation is shortened. The experiment results show that three segments synchronization scan driving can reach the same effects as conventional electrophoresis separation.
