Analysis of Current Situation and Thought of Problems on the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System——Based on the" Survey of the Living Conditions of the Rural Old Women in the 100 Villages of Jilin Province "

新型农村合作医疗制度是我国政府解决农民医疗保障问题的一项重要举措。本文以吉林省为例,回顾了我国农村医疗保障的历史变迁,通过对吉林省百村新型农村合作医疗执行状况的调查,探讨了该制度中存在的问题,并进行了相应的思考。

The new rural cooperative medical care system is an important measure to solve the problems of farmers medical security implemented by the Chinese government.This paper takes Jilin Province as an example,based on ＂survey of the living conditions of the rural old women in the 100 villages of Jilin Province＂,reviewing the historical changes of rural health care of China,surveying the 100 villages of Jilin Province about the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical care,exploring the problems existing in the system and corresponding countermeasures.
