本文从中国经济的发展与航运经济的关系,航运经济发展与海事发展的关系,以及中国海事大发展对世界海事的影响;进行了分析和探讨,对改进当前海事管理以适应经济的发展提出了相应的建议。

This paper first analyzes the relation between Chinese ecomomy development and shipping economy,the relation between shipping ecomomy and maritime affairs development,then discusses the impact of Chinese maritime affairs development on world maritime affairs and their interaction,and finally presents some countermeasures to improve economic development.
