摘要
考虑轴承的支承刚度,建立了丝杠在两端弹性支承条件下纵向振动、扭转振动和横向振动的频率方程。对于纵向振动和扭转振动,分析了轴承支承刚度对其振动频率的影响。对于丝杠的横向振动,采用Timoshenko模型,综合考虑了转动惯量、涡动效应和预拉伸力对丝杠振动的影响,分析了轴承支承刚度、旋转速度和预拉伸力对丝杠横向振动频率的影响,分析了丝杠在启动过程中的共振,为回转系统减少或消除共振提供了理论依据。
In this article,the bearing stiffness is taken into account,the frequency equation of longitudinal vibration,torsional vibration and lateral vibration of the screw is derived.To the screw s longitudinal and torsional vibration,the effect of the bearing stiffness on the vibration frequency is analyzed.To the screw s lateral vibration,the model of Timoshenko is used to synthetically consider the effects of rotatory inertia,eddy effect and pre-tension force on the lateral vibration,analyze the effects of the bearing stiffness, eddy speed and pre-tension force on the vibration frequency and analyze the resonance of the screw in its startup, which supply a theoretical basis to reduce or eliminate the resonance of the system.
