SPVC/ABS复合材料的力学性能分析

摘要 采用冲击试验机和材料试验机等设备研究了ABS含量对软聚氯乙烯(SPVC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着体系中ABS含量的增加,其断裂伸长率单调上升,拉伸强度、弹性模量单调下降;当ABS含量为70份时,缺口冲击强度出现极大值。 The influence of ABS content on the mechanical property of SPVC/ABS composite material was studied by means of impact testing machine and material testing machine.The result shows that the elongation at break rises monotonously,the tensile strength and elastic modulus decreases monotonously with increasing ABS content in SPVC/ABS composite.When ABS contents reach 70 shares,the impact intensity appears maximum value.
