This article introduced the advanced sensor technologies applied in the field of aircraft fault diagnosis,such as optical fiber sensor,wireless sensor,micro-electro-mechanical sensor,and piezoelectric sensor.The principle and the characteristics of multi-sensor fusion,including the application in the field of fault diagnosis,are also introduced.
