神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹相关性疼痛的疗效及护理

Clinic Effect of Nerve Block on Relative Neuralgia of Herpes Zoster and the Nursing on it

目的探讨神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹相关性疼痛的疗效和护理。方法用得宝松1ml加2%利多卡因2～3ml、注射用水10ml配成混合液,对局部皮肤严格消毒后行相关的神经阻滞治疗。结果神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹相关性疼痛的有效率达81.25%。结论神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹相关性疼痛能即刻止痛,配合护理可以提高睡眠和生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the nerve block on the relative neuralgia of herpes zoster and the nursing on it. Methods Use the mixture of eorticosteroid lml, 2% lidocaine 2-3ml and sterile water 10ml to do the nerve block treatment on the local disinfected skin. Results The efficiency rate of the nerve block on the relative neuralgia of herpes zoster is up to 81.25%. Conclusion The nerve block treatment on the relative neuralgia of herpes zoster can immediately relieve the plainness. When accompanying with the nursing, the quality of sleep and live can be improved.
