High Speed Uplink Packet Access（HSUPA ） is a UMTS evolution technology currently being standardized in 3rd Generation Partnership Project（3GPP）; HSUPA is expected to be standardized by the 3GPP in UMTS Rdease 6. This article introduces the protocal framework of physical layser about HSUPA technology in TD-SCDMA system, stresses on the channel frame of physical layser.
