肺不典型类癌诊治分析并文献复习

Diagnosis,treatment and literature review of lung atypical carcinoid

目的探讨肺不典型类癌诊断和治疗的临床特点。方法报告2例肺不典型类癌并复习相关文献。结果2例以咳嗽咳痰为主的患者,通过X胸片、胸部CT等检查,初步诊断为肺癌,行外科手术治疗。病理组织学诊断为肺不典型类癌。术后恢复良好,随访12个月无复发。结论肺不典型类癌是一种少见疾病,临床医生应充分认识这一疾病的特点,并在肺部肿块病变中认真加以鉴别。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of the diagnosis and therapy of lung atypical carcinoid. Methods Two cases were reported and the relative literature was reviewed. Results We reported two eases of lung atypical carcinoid with symptoms of cough expectoration. Our primary diagnosis was established as lung carcinoma and the patient underwent surgical therapy. Histological examination of the excisional lesion showed that it was lung atypical carcinoid. The patient recovered well without any complaints and still had no recurrence after 12 months follow up. Conclusion Clinicians should be aware of the features of lung atypical eareinoid. This rare disease should be considered in the differential diagnosis of lung carcinoma.
