摘要
目的研究我院呼吸内科近4年铜绿假单胞菌感染耐药状况。方法收集我院呼吸内科分离的下呼吸道病原菌中铜绿假单胞菌菌133株作体外药敏试验,对其结果进行分析。结果铜绿假单胞菌对二代头孢菌素及一些三代头孢菌素耐药率在65%以上,对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦敏感性较高。结论铜绿假单胞菌感染呈逐年上升趋势,且耐药率高,在应用抗菌药物治疗时应根据药敏结果和临床疗效选择用药,同时应注意加强病房消毒与细菌耐药监测。
Objective To study the drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa in respiratory medicine department of our hospital in the last four years. Methods 133 pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from lower respiratory tract. The results of their drug resistance were analyzed. Results 65% of pseudomonas aerugnosa were resistant to the second-generatian cephalosporins and some third-generation eephalosporins, and sensitive to piperaeillin and tazobactam. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection is gradually rising year by year, and they have high rate of resistance. The application of antibiotics shall be based on the results of drug resistivity test and clinical efficacy. We should also pay attention to strengthening wards disinfection and bacterial resistance monitoring.
