床旁B超引导下肺穿活检术的护理

Experiences of nursing for bedside B-ultrasound guided percutaneous needle aspiration biopsy

目的探讨在床旁B超引导下用活检枪经皮肺穿活检术的护理。方法对在床旁B超引导下经皮肺穿活检术的患者,在术前、术中及术后各期进行相应的护理。结果45例经皮肺穿活检术,成功率100%,未发生严重的并发症。结论床旁B超引导下经皮肺穿刺活检是一种安全、可靠的诊断方法.在护理上应做到充分的术前准备,术中密切的配合,术后的细心观察与及时护理,可以减少或避免并发症的发生,提高穿刺成功率。

Objective The goal of this research is to study the nursing issues for bedside B-ultrasound guided percutaneous needie aspiration biopsy with biopsy gun. Methods We employed is to nurse a number of patients with appropriate nursing programs before, during, and after the operations respectively. Result The success rate is 100% of 45 cases without severe complications. Conclusion The bedside B-ultrasound guided percutaneous needle aspiration biopsy is safe and reliable ; the competent nursing works, well preparation before the operation, well cooperating of nurse and doctors during the operation, and carefully observations and nursing, are the effective methods to decrease or avoid the complications, and improve the success rate of biopsies.
