复方袪风止痛外用颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别研究

目的建立复方袪风止痛外用颗粒中主要成分的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为研究该复方制剂的质量标准奠定基础。方法采用薄层色谱分析方法对该制剂中的丁香、威灵仙、桂枝等药材进行定性鉴别。结果各供试品色谱中,在与各自对照品色谱相同的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照无干扰。结论该鉴别方法专属性强、重现性好、灵敏度高,可作为该复方制剂的质量控制方法之一。

Objective To set up the thin-layer chromatogram method of the principal ingredients in Qufeng topical analgesic compound particles,and to establish the foundation for the quality control standar.Methods The TCL method was adopted to distinguish the Flos Caryophyllata;Radix Clematidis.Ramulus Cinnamomi in this drug.Results The characteristic spots on the chromatogram of the preparation were corresponding to the ones of contrast product,and the negative contrast had on disturbance.Conclusions This method has the good of specialization,reproducibility,and sensitivity.h can be used for the quality control of Qufeng topical analgesic compound particles.
