促进新农村建设的成人教育机制研究——以河南省为例

Fostering Adult Education System for New Countryside Construction:Taking Henan Province as an Example

社会主义新农村建设是我国农村发展的重大战略,必须大范围培养农村实用型人才和技能型人才,提高广大农民素质。这是各高等学校成人教育义不容辞的责任,也是新时期农村成人教育需要重新认识的重要问题。本文从新农村建设的涵义及实践特点出发,结合河南省实际,探讨了成人教育对河南省新农村建设的重要促进作用及成人教育机制存在的问题,并提出了具体的促进机制。

Construction of the new countryside, which is a part of the important strategy in China, depends on the improvement of peasants＇ quality and applied and technique-oriented human resources. This is the responsibility of higher adult education and an important problem needing reconsideration. Based on the connotation and characteristics of new countryside construction and the practice in Henan province, this paper explores the significance of adult education and existing problems and put forward measures to foster it.
