摘要
对40 mm厚辐射松Pinus radiata板材进行降温干燥工艺研究.结果表明,降温干燥与全程恒高温干燥相比,能在保证干燥质量的同时,提高干燥速度10.45%,缩短终了调湿处理3 h,从而达到提高干燥效率和降低干燥能耗的目的.
Lowering temperature drying technology was studied on 40 mm thick Pinus radiata board.The results showed that the drying rate was increased by 10.45% and final conditioning time shortened by 3 h without affecting the drying quality with lowering temperature drying method compared with constant high-temperature drying in overall process.Therefore,the drying efficiency was increased and energy consumption was reduced.
