Establishing a party branch in the class has both theoretical origin and practical basis. Nevertheless, there emerged some new problems in the trial such as the system foundation,operation mechanism and secretary identity which are fundamental in the institutional creation. The most effective solution is to set up a teacher Party Representative in the student Party branch. Setting up a teacher Party representative is the basic measure for improving the system of establishing a party branch in the class.
