Analysis of the Present Situation of and the Strategic Thinking About the Construction of the Public Culture Facilities in the New Rural Areas

大力发展农村文化设施是社会主义新农村文化建设的重大任务,也是满足广大农民日益增长的文化需求的必然要求。公共文化设施匮乏是我国农村比较普遍的现象。加强农村公共文化设施建设,必须以满足农民参与公共文化生活的需要为立足点,从农村经济社会发展的实际出发,构建文化设施建设的长效机制。

The shortage of public culture facilities is comparatively a common phenomenon in the rural area. Developing the rural euhural facilities is an important task in the construction of the socialist new rural culture. In order to build the system of the rural public culture facilities, we must first lay emphasis on the integration of the rural euhural resources; secondly, construct the rural library; thirdly, build recreational facilities painstakingly; and fourthly, set up the assessment and feedback system for the financial investment in the rural public culture.
