摘要
教学督导工作虽然在我国高等院校陆续开展多年,但并未形成一整套行之有效的教学督导工作方法。鉴于此,文章以福建教育学院教学督导的实践为例,经验性的考察了成人高等院校教学督导的服务宗旨和对象、工作内容、制度设计、人员选聘及其带来的成效,以期对其它高等院校教学督导工作的开展提供参考和借鉴,发挥教学督导在提升高校教学质量中的作用。
There has been teaching supervision in colleges and universities for many years, but there is not a set of effective measures for supervision. For this reason, this paper, taking Fujian Institute of Education as an example, makes an empirical survey of the service purpose, working content, system design, personnel selection, and the consequent effect of the teaching supervision in the higher adult institution with a view to providing a reference for the teaching supervision of other higher institutions and thus bringing into full play the role of teaching supervision in improving the teaching quality of higher institutions.
