摘要
目的:测定及比较菊花、茎、叶的绿原酸含量,为菊茎、叶的充分开发利用提供依据。方法:用甲醇回流提取,采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量,流动相为0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液-甲醇(82∶18),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为328 nm。结果:不同品种的菊叶绿原酸含量均高于菊花,菊茎中含量最低。结论:应进一步利用菊的茎叶,充分实现菊的经济价值。
Objective: To determine the contents in flowers, stems and leaves of Chrysanthemum morifolium (Ramat.), and provide a scientific basis for the exploitation and utilization of its leaves arid stems. Methods:The chlorogenic acid was extracted by analytically pure methanol, and then determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The conditions for HPLC were as follows: the mobile phase was sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer methanol (82: 18) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min;The detection wavelength was 328 nm. Results:The content of chlorogenic acid in leaves was higher than that in flowers,and it was the lowest in stems. Conclusion:The leaves and sterns of Chrysanthemum morifolium(Ramat.) should be furthered exploited in order to fully utilize its economic value.
