高效液相色谱法测定复方丹皮汤中丹皮酚含量

Content Determination of Paeonol in Compound Cortex Moutan Decoction by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

目的：运用高效液相色谱法检测复方丹皮汤中丹皮酚的含量。方法：选用岛津VP—ODS柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-水（50：50）；流速：1．00ml／min；检测波长：274nm；柱温：30℃.结果：丹皮酚浓度为5．36～26．8μg／ml时与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9997），平均回收率为99．12％（n=5），RSD1．25％。结论：运用高效液相色谱法检测复方丹皮汤中丹皮酚的含量简便、准确、重复性好，可作为复方丹皮汤的一种质量控制方法。

Objective：To determine the content of paeonol in Compound Cortex Moutan Decoction by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method. Methods： The samples were analyzed by a VP-ODS column, with mobile phase methanol-water （50： 50） at flow rate of 1.00 ml/min, detection at wavelength of 274 nm and the temperature at 30℃. Results： The calibration curves of paeonol were in good linearity over the range of 5.36～26.8μg/ml （r=0.999 7）. The average recovery rate was 99.12% （n=5） and RSDwas 1.25%. Conclusion： The HPLC method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control standard of paeonol in Compound Cortex Moutan Decoction.
