Chongqing municipal government makes full use of news power to have successfully solved the Taxi Strike Event and this experience becomes the reference for local governments in information age to deal with group outburst events. In order to face the increasingly challenge of group events, rapid increase of news power becomes an urgent task for government departments to improve leading ability.
