摘要
本文从教师的主观态度、扎实的基本功和合理的教法三个方面,探讨增强教师执教能力的方法。
This article discusses the methods for improving teachers＇ teaching ability from three aspects such as teacher＇s subjective manner, the solid basic skills and the reasonable teaching laws.
