发情期野生与圈养麋鹿群主行为差异

Behaviors Difference of Père David's Deer Harem Master Between the Wild Deer and the Captive Deer During Rut

在麋鹿发情期,以大丰麋鹿群主为对象,选择最具代表性的5种行为及群主吼叫行为为研究内容,探讨大丰野生麋鹿与圈养麋鹿习性差异.结果显示:行为发生频次在时间段上分布差异显著;两种群主吼叫持续时间差异不显著,持续时间为9.495s±6.070s;但在06:00～08:00,08:00～10:00,10:00～12:00和12:00～14:00吼叫持续时间出现显著差异;在行为发生方面,休息、追雌和奔跑,吼叫持续时间差异显著,而走动和驱雄差异不显著.研究表明大丰野生麋鹿为了适应自然环境,行为习性有别于圈养麋鹿,正在逐步恢复野生麋鹿的本性.

During the Père David＇s deer rut,we carried out behavioral observations on the Pere David＇s deer（Elaphurus davidianus） harem master to investigate the difference between the captive deer and the wild deer in Dafeng Milu NNR. Results exhibited∶the frequency distribution of the behavior-time segment were very significant.There was significantly different in the harem master bellowing time duration （9.495s±6.070s）.And differences appeared in time-bellowing times duration during 06：00~08：00,08：00~10：00,10：00~12：00 and 12：00~14：00. And in the behaviors-bellowing times duration there were significant with the resting and the galloping and the chasing females,but not with the walking and the chasing males. All explained that the behaviors and the habits of the wild Père David＇s deer were going to suit for the local natural environment and the wild Père David＇s deer were recovering the natural habits gradually.
