摘要
抑郁症的发病率逐年增高，抗抑郁药物的开发和利用也越来越受到国外跨国企业的关注本文首先介绍了现有的抗抑郁药：包括单胺氧化酶抑制剂（MAOIs）和三环四环等杂环类抗抑郁药（TCAs）、SSRIs、选择性NE再摄取抑制剂（NRIs）、NE和DA再摄取抑制剂（NDRls）、SNRIs、NE能及特异性5-HT能抗抑郁药（NaSSA）、5-HT3受体拮抗剂及5-HT再摄取抑制剂（SARIs）和其他抗抑郁药，同时着重就2009年2月24日刚刚在欧盟上市的药品阿戈羡拉汀进行了详细介绍。
Along with the increasing incidence of dumps disease, more and more companies both from multi-national and local pay close attention to the development and application of it. This article mainly introduce current application of anti-dumps： including MAOIs, TCAs, SSRIs, NRIs, NDRIs, SNRIs, NE, NaSSA, SARIs and other drugs. In the meantime here the author particularly describe the new drug of Agomelatine which just launched in European.
