摘要
莱钢炼钢厂六流方坯连铸机自生产以来没有对中间包进行过物理模拟实验,目前对于中间包内的钢水停留时间、温度差异、非金属夹杂物的状态不是十分了解,通过物理模拟实验研究观察设计参数是否合适、流场是否合理,并在此基础上寻找合理的中间包控流装置,得到合适的中间包结构,为现场中间包优化提供依据,满足提高铸坯质量、生产高品质钢的要求。
From the production of conticaster, the physical simulation in tundish has not been experimented in the Steelmaking Plant of Laiwu Steel. The residence time of molten steel, differences of temperature and state of non-metallic inclusions in tundish are not understanding clearly. The suitability of design parameters and the rationality of flow field were studied through physical simulation, to find out the reasonable flowage control device and the appropriate structure of tundish on the basis of the research. It will provide a basis for the tundish structure optimization, to improve billet quality.
