摘要 对钙处理技术在CSP工艺中的应用进行了研究与分析,结合生产实际,对钙和Ca/Als的变化区间范围进行了统计研究和分析,提出了技术指标的合理范围。 The application of calcium treatment technology in CSP process was studied and analyzed, The practical data of change scope of calcium and Ca/Als were analyzed.
