摘要
对莱钢特钢厂合金钢连铸凝固末端位置进行了测定,在连铸机上进行了GCr15、20CrMnTi、42CrMo、22CrMo4个钢种的射钉试验。根据凝固理论完成了试验计算和分析,较为系统和准确地测定出特钢合金钢连铸机二冷区凝固坯壳的厚度及凝固终点的位置。为确定凝固末端电磁搅拌位置、二冷制度的优化提供可靠的依据。
In order to determine the solidification end of alloy steel continuous casting, shooting nail tests were taken for GCr15,20CrMnTi. 42CrMo.22CrMo four type of steel at continuous casting. According to solidification theory, solidified shell thinkness in secondary cooling system and frozen final position of alloy steel continuous casting was determined. These results offered reliable basis for final electromagnetic stirring position confirmation and secondary cooling system improvement.
