摘要
目的分析人参养荣丸中人参皂苷Re的含量,为其质量控制提供依据。方法色谱柱为Shim-packCLC-ODS色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),保护柱为DIKMAEasyGuardC18柱(10mm×4.6mm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸(21:79),柱温为26℃,检测波长为203nm,流速为1.00mL/min。结果标准曲线方程为C=3.50786×10-7A+0.00054,r=0.9998,(n=6),线性范围在0.012~0.24mg/mL,平均回收率为101.26%,RSD=4.18%(n=6)。结论该方法前处理简单,分析准确、快速,可作为人参养荣丸中人参皂苷Re的含量分析方法。
Objective To determine quantitatively ginsenoside Re in Renshen Yangrong Pills, and to provide the experimental evident for its quality control. Methods The method was developed with the condition as follows: Shim-pack CLC-ODS column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm), Dikma Easyguard C18(10 mm×4.6 mm) as the protection column. Elution was employed with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid(21:79)at the flow rate of 1.00 mL/min. The column temperature: 26 ℃. The detection wavelength: 203 nm. Results The standard curve equation: C =3. 507 86 ×10^-7A +0. 000 54, the linear range: 0. 012 -0.24 mg/mL, r =0. 999 8, ( n =6), the average recovery rate of the added sample: 101.26%, RSD=4. 18% (n =6). Conclusion With its accuracy, sensitivity, reproducibility as well as the simplicity of sample pretreatment, the method is feasible for the quality control of Renshen Yangrong Pills.
