长三角地区新农村建设中流动人口犯罪的严重性,影响了城乡经济和社会发展进程,究其原因是流动人口服务和管理滞后,引发了众多矛盾。在深入调查的基础上,我们认为要从源头上预防流动人口犯罪,引导流动人口巨大能量成为长三角地区新农村建设的推动力,确保社会安全、稳定、和谐。

The seriousness of floating population crimes in the campaign of New Construction of the Rural Areas in The Yangtze River Delta has severely hurt the public order,affected urban and rural economy and the development of society.The key reason lies in the lag of service and inefficient management of the government,leading to a lot of social contradictions.This paper suggests that the government should make great efforts to prevent floating population crimes from the start and to guide the grand energy of floating population to be the impetus of the New Construction of the Rural Areas in The Yangtze River Delta so as to ensure the social security,stability and social harmony.
