过去的50年里,大庆一直是这个国家独立自主、艰苦奋斗的标杆。中国加入WTO后,这种光环在逐渐褪去,大庆人必须思考怎样在一个全球竞争的背景下做一个现代化的企业,让昨日的辉煌重现。这几年,大庆油田正从一个单一的资源企业变成一个可持续发展的综合性公司,从一个封闭的老国企变成一个开放的新国企。大庆人给这个新中国的"长子"找到了继续为这个国家的工业现代化出力的理由。

These years,Daqing oil field has been changing its identity:from an onefold resource-company to a sustainable amalgamated-company,from an old locked state-owned enterprise to an open one.During this,it finds its way to contribute to the China's industry modernization,which means finding its value and reason to exist
