摘要
[目的]研究桑椹、桑叶水煎液的体外抗菌作用。[方法]采用连续稀释法对桑椹、桑叶水煎液的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)进行实验研究。[结果]桑椹、桑叶水煎液在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC26001)、金黄色葡萄球菌耐药株、大肠杆菌(ATCC25922)、绿脓杆菌(ATCC10104)、甲型溶血性链球菌(ATCC32205)、乙型溶血性链球菌(ATCC32210)有一定的抗菌作用。[结论]桑椹、桑叶水煎液具有明显的抗菌作用,其中桑叶水提液抗菌作用强于桑椹。
[Objetive]To study the In vitro antibiosis of Mulberry, folia mori fluid. [Methods]The MIC and MBC of Mulberry, folia mori fluid were detected by continue dilution methods. [ Results]Mulberry, folia mori fluid is effective to Staphylococcus aureus, anti-Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli, Streptococcus hemolyticus A, Streptococcus hemolyticus B. [ Conclusion] Mulberry, folia mori fluid has the obvious antibiosis effects.
