微波萃取乌药叶中总黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用正交试验法,优选乌药叶中总黄酮的最佳微波萃取工艺。用分光光度法进行测定,以总黄酮得率作为考查指标,对影响总黄酮萃取工艺的因素进行了研究。结果表明:实验设计的3因素中对结果影响最显著的因素为微波辐射时间;乌药叶中总黄酮的最佳萃取工艺为:甲醇为萃取剂、萃取温度为65℃、料液比为1:40,微波辐射5 min,其总黄酮得率为30.06 mg/g。 Orthogonal experiment was conducted on microwave assisted extraction for total flavonoids from leaves of Lindera aggregate. The content of flavonoids was tested by spectrophotometry. Tests were made on effect of different factors on flavonoids yield. The result showed that radiation duration had the most evident effect. The optimal conditions for the extraction of flavonoids were as follows: methanol as extractant, extract temperature at 45℃, solid-liquid ratio of 1:40, radiation duration for 5 minutes, yield oftotaI flavonoids could reach 30.06mg/g.
