摘要
分析了嵌入式复合纺纱的机理,它是载体纺纱与赛络菲尔纺纱模式的发展和创新。文章从嵌入式复合纺纱工艺参数着手,分析其在制成率、细纱牵伸倍数、粗纱开台数、捻系数配置、成纱直径织后变异及经纬密度差异等方面存在的问题。对嵌入式复合纺纱的适纺性、高成本及名称等提出了分析和建议。
In this paper is analyzed the mechanism of embedding composite spinning which is the development and innovation of siro spinning and carrier spinning. The yarn forming rate, spinning draft mutiplite, used roving frame number, twisting assorting and formed yarn diameter deviation and weft and warp density difference after woven of embedding composite spinning are discussed from the viewpoint of its processing parameters. The spinnability, high spinning cost and naming of embedding composite spinning are also analyzed with some suggestions for its settlement given.
