摘要
EFS优化配棉管理系统为得到每个棉包的HVI数据后进行配棉，是目前世界上最先进的配棉方法。文章对EFS配棉系统作了简要介绍，并通过将EFS配棉系统与人工配棉方法作比较，证明EFS配棉方法有利于成纱质量的提高及生产成本的下降。
EFS optimal cotton assorting management system is the most advanced cotton assorting method in the world, which starts cotton assorting after HVI datas of each cotton bale are fed into the system. In this paper is briefly introduced EFS cotton assorting system with its comparison with manual cotton assorting done. It proves that EFS cotton assorting method is favourable for formed yam quality improvement and reduction of production cost.
