粗度渐增的大肚线的纺制

摘要 介绍了在带牵伸机构的HN 43-02-12型花式捻线机上纺制粗度渐增大肚线的方法、原理、原料选择依据和纺纱工艺;根据测试数据对比分析了样品各组基纱段捻度、大肚段捻度的大小;讨论了影响样品各组大肚段的断裂强力、粗度偏差的因素。结果表明:合理选择原料可以保证产品质量和生产过程稳定;利用"分段"工作方式和中后罗拉超喂的方法可以实现各组大肚粗度递增;大肚粗度对样品中基纱段的捻度基本无影响,但可在一定程度上影响大肚段捻度、基纱段与大肚段之间的捻度差值、大肚段的断裂强力和粗度偏差。 Spinning method and mechanism, principles in raw material choosing and processing technology in spinning big - belly yarn with thickness gradually increased on a HN 43 - 02 - 12 type fancy twister with drafting mechanism are briefly introduced. Based on the measured data, the twists of thin part and thick part are compared and analyzed. The factors that affect the breaking strength and thickness deviation of each group of big - belly part are discussed. The result shows that properly raw material choosing could ensure the quality of final product and stablize the manufacturing process. By means of subsection working manner, the thickness value of each group of big - belly part could be increased gradually when both the middle and the back rollers are overfeeding. The thickness value of big - belly part had no influence on the twist of the base yam. But to some extent, it affects the twist of big - belly part, the different twist value between base yarn part and big - belly part as well as the breaking strength and the thickness deviation of big - belly part.
