摘要
通过浸渍的方法制备泡沫镍负载乙酸钾固体碱催化剂,并用于煎炸废油脂和甲醇酯交换反应制备生物柴油。考察了催化剂制备及酯交换反应条件对反应过程的影响。试验表明:当浸渍液KAc的质量分数为35%、浸渍8h、650℃焙烧4h,n(醇)/n(油)=7/1、反应温度为70℃、时间3.5h、催化剂用量为油脂质量的3.0%时,酯交换反应的转化率可达94.3%。且生物柴油容易分离,其外观为透明、淡黄色,运动粘度为(40℃)5.25mm/s2、密度为0.8815g/mL,符合我国生物柴油质量标准。
Foam Ni loaded KAc catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and used to prepare biodiesel by transesterification of waste frying oil and methanol. Effects of the conditions for catalyst preparation and transesterification reaction on the reaction of preparing biodiesel were investigated. The results showed that the conversion reached 94.3% by using the catalyst prepared by soaking the foam Ni for 8 hours with a solution containing 35% by mass of KAc, and then calcining for 4 hours under 650℃, under the reaction conditions of methanol/grease molar ratio of 7:1, reaction temperature of 70 %, reaction time of 3.5 hours, and catalyst/grease mass ratio of 3:100. The obtained biodiesel, transparent in light yellow, was easily separated from the product, and had a kinematic viscosity of 5.25mm/s^2 (40℃) and a density of 0.8815g/mL, all of which were accord with Chinese biodiesel quality standard.
