摘要
将两台压力曝气生物反应器串联曝气以提高氧气总利用率。试验结果表明,采用两台反应器串联工艺是可行的,该工艺中第1台反应器的容积负荷率和氧利用率均无影响,第2台反应器的容积负荷率下降30%左右。该工艺系统氧气总利用率最高达到23%,可节省空气37.5%。
Two pressurized aeration bio-reactors(PABR) were installed in series to increase oxygen utilization rate . The testing result shows that it is feasible to install two PABR in series. The volumetric lodging rate and the oxygen utilization rate of the first PABR are unchangeable, the volumetric lodging rate of the second one decreases by about 30%. The total oxygen utilization rate of the technology system reaches up to 23%, and 37.5% of compressed air can be saved.
