摘要
在对全电动式注射装置、锁模机构及驱动结构的分析基础上,进行了高效节能全电动注塑机的设计,分析计算了注射系统的功率及能耗;提出了一种直接背压反馈控制的电动塑化驱动方法,并开发了相应的装置,解决了电动注塑装置中伺服电机之间的动作配合问题。
Based on the analyses of high-efficient and energy-saving all-electric injection unit, clamping unit and driver structure, a design was made for all-electric injection molding machines, the power and energy con- sumption of injection system were analyzed and calculated. A driving method of electric plastication of direct back-pressure feedback control was put forward, and a corresponding device was developed. The problem of action coordination between servo motors in electric injection unit was solved.
