摘要
以平行板油水沉降器为研究对象,对平板内的水相采用层流模型,油相采用离散相模型,在考虑边界影响、油滴为流体球和环境流3个因素影响及其协同作用条件下,建立了其运动方程,模拟计算分析了油滴在平板间的运动情况。结果表明,Poiseuille流场中油滴在有限空间的运移过程将受边界和流场影响,并使其运动行为发生改变,油滴上浮时间明显增加,沿平板水平位移延长,油滴在平行板油水器分离难度加大,其中边界的影响作用最大,而其次是Poiseuille环境流。另外,当两相液体粘度差别不大时,油滴内环流影响作用较弱,其三者协同作用不可忽视。
Based on a parallel plate oil-water separator, its motion equation was founded and the motion of oil droplets between parallel plates was simulated, calculated, analyzed using laminar flow model for water phase and discrete phase model for oil phase in the parallel plates under the condition of considering three factors, i. e, the boundary influences, oil droplets in the forms of fluid balls and environmental flow, and their synergism. The result shows that the oil droplets in the motion process of limited space were influenced by the boundary and flow field, and their motion behavior was changed in poiseuille flow field, the rising time of oil droplets was significantly increased, the horizontal displacement along the parallel plates was extended, the separation difficulty of oil droplets in the parallel piate oil-water separator was increased, the influence of the boundary was the most, Poiseuille environment flow was the second. The influence of the internal loop flow in oil droplets was weak when the viscosity difference of the liquid in the two phases was not evident, the synergism of the three influences was not negligible.
