基于语义网的企业知识协同管理研究

Study on knowledge collaborative management of enterprises based on semantic Web

提出了基于语义网的企业知识协同管理框架,并分析了各知识协同层次的功能和相关技术。在数据层采用XML技术实现数据的集成和交换,并利用领域本体的语义集成分布式的知识资源,建立全局本体映射以消除存在于多个本体间的语义异质性,在知识层通过协调这些具有语义异构性的本体来实现多个企业的知识共享。最后,以企业间专利资源的协同管理为实例,阐明了企业知识语义化的过程。

This paper proposed the knowledge collaborative management framework of enterprises based on the semantic Web, and analyzed the function and technologies in every knowledge collaboration level. Making use of XML technology to achieve data integration and exchange in the data level, and using the semantics of the domainal ontology to integrate the distributed knowledge resources, set up the global ontology mapping to solve the heterogeneity of semantics between different ontologys. In the knowledge level, realized knowledge-sharing between different enterprises by coordinating these ontologys with semantic heterogeneity. Finally,it gave an example of patent resources collaborative management between enterprises to illustrate the process of semantieizing knowledge of enterprises.
