“以人为本”高等教育管理理念的确立

On the Establishment of the Concept of Person-centered Management of Higher Education

高等学校是国民教育体系的顶层,也是科技创新的重镇和人才培养的主要场所,其管理理念直接影响到人才培养和科学研究的效率和方式,直接影响到人的全面发展和国家建设和发展的大局。本文通过剖析高等教育管理理念演进过程中具有代表性的几种管理理念,认为必须用"以人为本"的管理理念统摄科学和人本管理,提出了构建"以人为本"高教管理理念的"路线图"。

At the top of national educational system, colleges are also the center of scientific and technological innovation as well as talent training. Their ideas of management will have direct impact on the efficiency and modes training people and researching, individuals＂ overall development and the general atmosphere of national establishment. The article, after analyzing several typical thoughts in regard to the management of higher education, believes that the concept of people--centered management should surpass that of scientific and personal management, thus reaches a conclusion of people--centered higher education management.
