浅议南水北调中线京石段工程冰期输水技术 被引量:10

摘要 南水北调中线引丹江口水库水量至北京、天津市。沿线渠道经过北方寒冷地区,渠道水体会发生结冰现象。目前,冰期输水运行是长距离渠道输水运行调度的难点,仍处于研究探索阶段。特别针对南水北调中线总干渠的冰期输水调度,至今尚未形成成熟的技术成果。2008年为缓解北京水资源紧缺状况,利用南水北调中线京石段工程临时从河北省向北京供水。本次供水经历了冰期输水阶段,并成功地实现了冰期安全输水的目标,积累了宝贵的冰期输水的调度经验,对冰期输水的调度研究有很好的借鉴作用。 The Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project will divert water from Danjiangkou Reservoir on the Han River (a branch of the Yangtze River) to Beijing and Tianjin. As for the operation of the Project during ice period, there is no satisfactory result yet. In 2008, there was water shortage in Beijing. Since part of the Project (from Shijiazhuang to Beijing) was completed, the canal was operated to trans- fer water of 3 billion m3 from Hebei province to Beijing. During ice period, after careful preparation, several measures were adopted for the successful water transfer. Finally the Project was operated safely and smoothly. This paper introduces the experiences of the operation of the water diversion during ice period at this time,which can be a reference for the further research on ice period water diversion.
