大直径钢管桩内取水泵站优化研究

摘要 采用三维有限体积法和非结构网格,对不同进水条件下钢管桩内水泵的进水流态进行了数值模拟研究,优化了离岸式LNG取水泵站采用大直径管桩内取水方案的钢管桩尺寸、开孔形式、布置高程及水泵类型等参数,减小了水泵吸水管内横向流速,抑制了涡流强度,改善了水泵的进水条件,为取水口物模试验及其初步设计提供了相关参数和依据。 Based on finite-volume method and 3D unstructured meshes, numerical models to analysis inlet flow patterns around pump in pile pipe are calculated for different inflow conditions. Parameters of steel pile pipe size, hole style, elevation, pump style and etc. are optimized. The transverse velocity and the strength of vortex inside suction part around pump are minimized. The inflow condition is improved after the model. The model result could provide relevant parameters for future physical model and preliminary design.
