Analysis on Rationality of Water Use for Water Resources Argumentation of Paper-Making Project

取用水合理性分析是建设项目水资源论证中的一项重要内容,造纸项目作为污染重且耗水大的行业,取用水合理性分析尤其重要。本文结合工作中的实际案例,就造纸项目水资源论证中,取用水合理性中所涉及的国家产业政策、取用水源与当地水资源管理相符性、用水评价指标等方面进行了分析。

The rationality of water intake and use is one of the key aspects in water resources argumentation of construction project, especially for paper-making project-an industry with heavy pollution and large volume water consumption. In this paper, the state industrial policies, the consis-tency between water source and local water resources management and evaluating indicators for water use in,solved in the rationality analysis of water intake are analyzed for water resources argumentation of paper-making project in combination with actual cases.
