摘要
教师质量危机已经成为民办高职院校发展面临的主要问题。该危机表现在师资队伍结构不合理、队伍流动性大、科研素质较差等方面。造成这种危机的原因既包括宏观政策、法规的不完善,也有民办高职院校自身在师资队伍建设的规章制度方面存在的问题,更有民办高职教师待遇低,缺乏职业自豪感,跳槽率高的客观原因。针对存在的问题,应该通过各级行政部门、高校管理部门以及民办院校自身多方的努力,以化解危机,促进民办高职教育健康发展。
The crisis of the teacher's quality has become a challenge to the development of the private higher vocational colleges, which is manifested in the irrational structure of the teacher staff, the high mobility, the poor research quality and so on. The reasons are the inadequate laws and regulations, the problems of the rules and regu-lations in the construction of teacher staff as well as the low pay, lack of professional pride and job-hopping of the private higher vocational colleges, etc. In allusion to the problems, the national and local administration department and the administration department of the higher educational institutions should publish policies and regula tions to provide the necessary legal support and protection for the private higher vocational teacher ranks; the private vocational colleges should cooperate and communicate with the brother institutions and enterprises so as to promote the teacher quality, optimize the structure of teaching staff and guarantee the fund for teacher training to promote the healthy development of private higher vocational education.
