职教师资培养模式正面临来自教师教育新改革、职业教育大发展、职教师资高要求等多方面的挑战,因此,职教师资培养模式必须打破传统框架,建构新的适应职业教育发展要求的新模式。

Vocational teacher training mode is facing challenges from the new reform of teacher education, great development of vocational teaching, high demands for vocational teachers. Therefore, vocational teacher training mode must break the traditional framework and build a new vocational education to adapt to the development requirements of a new mode.
